Our site review and floor plan module includes development of a floor plan, equipment recommendations and an analysis of best uses for your chosen space. Your floor plan will incorporate expert advice for Feng Shui and mood creation, design theme, space efficiency and flexibility, client flow, storage and dispensaries, employee space, amenities, retail, and entry/exit considerations. You will also receive an assessment of your proposed site and guidance and best practices for site location, lease negotiations and choosing an architect and contractor.
